DIRECTIONS FOR USE
As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules 2-3 times daily, 30 minutes prior to meals or snack. If training early in the mornings, take 2-3 capsules prior to exercise and then follow with breakfast directly after training. Consume another serving 30 minutes prior to lunch and again at 2:30pm prior to your afternoon snack. OPTIONAL: Take 2-3 capsules of Phedra-Cut Ultra Stimulant Free before your evening meals to control appetite, assist in blood sugar regulation and to optimise your weight loss results. Stick to the 5-days-on, 2-days-off principle. During the 2-days-off, it is advised to use Phedra-Cut Ultra Stimulant Free 3 times daily.
